Authorship guidelines: ICMJE guidelines on significant contributions, and acknowledge other contributors. Follow COPE guidelines for changes.
Author Contributions
The following guidelines determine the authorship of a manuscript: significant contributions to conception, design, execution, and interpretation of findings, as well as drafting and revising the article. Individuals who have made other contributions, such as laboratory support, should be acknowledged in the manuscript. For more information on authorship guidelines, refer to the ICMJE guidelines.
If changes to the author list are necessary after submission, follow the COPE guidelines and notify the journal's corresponding author.
